The questions about money
What a limit is, what happens when you meet one, and what happens to everything you have written if you stop paying.
The AI waits until the month turns, and nothing else changes. You can still capture, edit, search, filter, share and be reminded — none of that spends a credit. Nothing is charged for going over, because there is no way to go over.
Everyone already saved stays exactly as they are, and nothing is deleted or hidden. Adding the next person asks you to move to Growth. If you are importing an address book larger than that, the import stops at 500 and tells you how many are left rather than failing.
No. Your account returns to Essential and everything you have written stays readable, searchable and exportable. What you lose is the headroom — the credits drop, and adding people past 500 asks you to come back.
Yes. Every new account starts on Growth for 14 days, with no card. When it ends the account moves to Essential on its own — there is nothing to cancel and nothing is charged.
Because a memory with four people in it is worth nothing, and the only way to find out whether this works for you is to put real people in it. What costs us money is the AI, so that is the only thing we meter.
Yes, on every plan. The Android app and the web app are the same account against one API. Dictation, the device calendar and reminders that fire while the app is closed are the phone only, because a browser cannot do them well.
