The timing is almost never now
You have a real conversation with somebody who is happy where they are. There is no requisition to attach it to, so it is a note in a file that closes, and in eighteen months you start again as a stranger.

What they wanted is the whole record
Not their CV — you can get that again. What they said they were looking for, what would have to be true for them to move, who they rated. That is what makes the second conversation different from the first.

What this is not, and what it means to keep notes about people.
Neither. There are no pipelines, stages, scores or shortlists, and there is no search across other people's candidates. Exono is a memory for the people you have actually spoken to — who they are, what mattered to them, and what you promised.
That is your call and your responsibility, not something a tool can decide for you. Exono holds records about people who never signed up for it, so what is appropriate to write down is a judgement you are making. What we can promise is the other half: the notes are yours, they are not shared, and they are not used to train anything.
No. Every table holding relationship data is protected by row-level security that is switched on and forced in the database itself. There is no team view and no shared account in the beta.
