no deal attached, yet

The CRM has the deals. Nothing has the rest.

The champion who moved companies. The evaluator who is not buying this year. The person who told you what actually blocks a decision. None of them belong in a stage, and all of them matter.

the gap beside the pipeline

A record starts when a deal does.

That is what a CRM is for and it does it well. The cost is that every relationship without an opportunity attached is invisible to it — and that is most of them, most of the time.

01

People outlast accounts

Your champion changes jobs and takes the relationship with them. The CRM holds the account; the reason they trusted you goes with the person, and there is nowhere to keep it.

02

Too early is the same as gone

Somebody good who is not buying for two years gets no record, because there is no stage for that. In two years they are a cold call from a stranger.

03

The useful detail is not a field

What they actually said about the last vendor, who they trust internally, what they asked you to send. None of that fits a dropdown, so it is either in a note nobody finds or in nobody's head.

what's live today

Beside the pipeline, not inside it.

Everything below is running in the private beta right now, on Android and the web.

A name is enough

Type one line and save. Fill in the rest whenever you get to it.

Search by word, or by meaning

Keyword and semantic search together, so you find people by what you remember. Narrow by company, industry or place.

One person, in order

Every conversation you've logged with someone, dated, on one page — with how to reach them and what you owe them.

Reminders that find you

Set one and it fires on your phone and lands in your inbox, in your own timezone.

Questions

Straight answers.

Where this sits, what it will not do, and what happens to your notes.

No. There are no pipelines, deals or stages, and there is no intention to add them. Exono is a memory for the people you meet — who they are, what mattered to them, and what you promised. It sits beside your CRM rather than replacing it.

No. Exono does not integrate with any CRM today and none is scheduled. What you capture here stays here, and getting it out is an export — which is being built, and is not in the beta yet.

You, and nobody else. Every table holding relationship data is protected by row-level security that is switched on and forced in the database itself. There is no team view, no manager view, and no shared account in the beta.

Private beta

The relationships without a stage.

Exono is in private beta on Android and the web. Leave an address and we'll write when a seat opens.

One email, when a seat opens. Nothing else.
